CANTERBURY PINOT NOIR Kaituna Vineyard 2007 Exceptional power, concentration and multi-layered complexity. An entrancing aromas of black cherries, plums and wild berry fruits and a suggestion of violets, smoke and spices. The wine is rich and concentrated, slowly revealing layers of flavours and complexity and tightened by a backbone of abundant fine-grained tannins. It already shows the potential of the vintage and will reveal greater complexity and develop a silky mouth-feel with bottle age.
